Pampering Yourself

We get caught up on our professional life and academic life, that we do not put ourselves first. The importance of pampering is essential to our health, both physically and mentally. About two weeks ago, I treated one of my friends to a spa day. The spa I went to is called King's Spa in Fort Lee, NJ. It is a Korean Spa.
The first thing we did was to go to the bathhouse. Then, my friend and I were going from different sauna rooms. It was nice to see the different designs of the interior of the rooms. Each room had a distinctive advantage to the skin. Once we finished sweating, we went to the cooling room to cool off.
Later on, we went off to schedule our different sessions. My friend went to get a ninety-minute massage. I decided to get a manicure. After we finished, we both got free face masks. Before the day ended, we grabbed dinner at Boston Market. The day was well spent. My friend and I felt relaxed and rejuvenated after the whole spa experience.
Getting nails done, going to a spa, wearing a face mask, taking a hot shower or bath are all relaxing ways to pamper yourself. Make time for yourself; your skin will thank you in the long run. It is also a way to change your bad habits and achieve good habits.
